Slow Flow with Tricia (Donation)
The Pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind.
Poses are held for longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of connecting one breath to one movement. Slow flow incorporates both standing and seated postures with the focus being on standing postures.
Tricia focuses on breath while moving you through the asanas. To prepare the mind and body, she starts each class with a kriya set which includes breathwork, mantra, and meditation.
