River Hike!

River Hike, River Clean Up, and Meditation.

I have been wanting to lead a hike and a river clean up for quite some time.

Since I am a mediation teacher it made sense to offer a mediation as well, and meditating by the river is the best. I always say, "Don't expect perfect surroundings for meditation, it can be done anywhere."  But, being in nature  in particular by the river,  sure does make it easy. 

I cant wait to offer more, I grew up exploring the American river. I spent almost every day of my summers at the river with my family. My Dad taught me to be a steward of the land. My heart hurts when I see how much trash is left behind.

Heal yourself and heal the planet. Every action you take no matter how small makes a difference.
