Family Yoga Was Magical At The Happy Dahlia Farm in Petaluma, CA

What a dream! Yoga in a dahlia farm!

It was magical walking through the farm, enjoying the different colors of dahlias. The people were all wonderful and welcoming. I was not quite ready to leave when it was over. 

Family yoga classes are my favorite. It gives families a chance to play together. We do yoga, but we also dance together and sing together.  In this family yoga class we also made Zen gardens. 

Zen gardens are great for all ages. Parents enjoy them just as much as the kids. Creating designs in the sand calms the mind and encourages a meditative state. Each family made a personal Zen garden to take home and enjoy.

I Cant wait to offer more classes at the Happy Dahlia farm. The dahlia season is almost over, next is mustard season which I hear is beautiful.

Unexpected Amazingness at the farm

A young lady showed up at the farm with a typewriter in hand and set herself up under an umbrella. She was writing poetry on demand. You could give her a word and she would write you a poem with your word of choice.  Amazingness is my word!
