Too young for adult classes and too old for kids yoga, this class is just right for an opportunity to learn meditation, breathing, and a lot of yoga postures in a relaxed and fun environment.

This camp is designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day to day lives.
The children will get the opportunity to learn yoga poses, meditation, and breathing, using games and music.
We do mindful arts and crafts too!
While teaching the Science of Yoga, KAY provides a curriculum that is specifically designed to help children be active, learn to relax, improve focus, and have FUN in a non-competitive environment.
I will offer a class customized for your troop level, which can include a special scout story, meditation techniques, games, activities, and much more! I teach all troop/den levels and can even do a private sessions as well.

It is so important to get time with your girlfriends. Gather your girlfriends for a night out, or a day out.
I can tailor to your friend group: Yoga and Beer/wine, Yoga and tea and meditation, Yoga and a local hike...any way you choose, it will be relaxed environment, nothing too serious.
