From what I can tell, Sarah Violet is offering yoga for real people. What I mean by this is that she has found ways to bring yoga as a healing path for those who may not be in it for the Instagram fitness status. She does this by attending to meditative and movement practices informed by her own yoga journey and mindfulness trainings. Sarah creates a feeling of inclusivity that allows each individual to shine their gorgeousness from the inside out. In my experience, I not only felt heard, seen, and connected to the community she is creating, I felt beautiful. Thank you, Sarah.
