Caregiver & Me Yoga
Caregiver & Me Yoga Class, AKA Mommy & Me or Parent & Me. I named it Caregiver & Me because its not always a parent that can sign up for these classes. Sometimes its Grandma, Grandpa, a babysitter or a friend.
It takes a village to raise a child, and this is great place to socialize and meet new people.
This class is for kids age walking all the way to 5 years old. It is never a dull moment with this age group. Yes sometimes melt downs happen, don't worry it happens to everyone.
I keep the class moving from one thing to the next. The younger kids love to observe the bigger kids, they are all learning from each other.
We all learn that Peace begins with me!
